A wonderfully drinkable interpretation of a classic English ale. Bookbinder is a blend of four malts combined with two classic Nelson grown European hops (Fuggles and Riwaka). The beer pours an attractive reddish brown, with a cream coloured head. Bookbinder has a sweet, perfumey, malt and hop aroma with a soft, malty, fruit and vinous palate that is both full flavoured and refreshing with a long, gently drying finish.

Dirty in the best possible hazy way. All the flavours you would expect from the original, just a little sweeter, and a tad more citrus and tropical, with a slightly piney finish. Best served in a clean glass.

A hallucinatory, mind-bending, consciousness-expanding, dream-like experience is not what you'll find in this can. It's just a beer, man. But, this cloudy IPA does have a gnarly hit of Riwaka, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, with a tropical citrus flavour, and a totally piney finish. At least it's a trip for your taste-buds. Far out.

The Orange Roughy's scientific name is Hoplostethus atlanticus. Which roughly translates as, hazy, hoppy pale ale with a tropical fruit aroma, citrus flavour, and malty backbone. In the past, the roughy has been subject to unsustainable practices - completely selling out. Thanks to the hard work of our brewers, numbers are now on the rise. Pulp Fiction is a hazy pale made with Talus and Mosaic hops and infused with mango puree. it has a silky, tropical mouthfeel, and absolutely no notes of bias or discrimination.

Inspired by a throw-away descriptor by beer blogger Phil Cook, Angry Peaches aims to create an aggressive stone fruit character with absurd amounts of American hop Amarillo. Because Garage Project loves everyone. Garage Project got all the Amarillo they could get their hands on and put it all in this beer. Just for everyone. Angry is the new nice.
