Bloody Bandwagon is based on Four Pillar's cult favourite, Bloody Shiraz Gin. Created using an alcohol-free base of highly concentrated Shiraz, alongside some of their favourite botanicals including Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and citrus, this is a unique, purple and slightly sweet booze-free spirit.

In 2015 Four Pillars combined their Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create the Bloody Shiraz Gin for the first time. And now each year they steep Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in gin, and after eight weeks they press the fruit before blending with more Rare Dry Gin.

Similar in style to the Rare Dry Gin but with the addition of three fresh botanicals: turmeric to add weight and earthiness, ginger for spice and zesty native finger limes.

The botanicals include a big base of juniper with a savoury overlay of coriander seed, rosemary, olive leaf, olive oil, bay leaf, lemon myrtle, macadamia, orris root, and fresh lemon and grapefruit. Fresh ingredients were vapour infused while the others macerated in the pot. Four Pillars have used olive leaf and oil from the Picual, Hojiblanca and Coratina varieties. This gin is savoury, textural and bright. Perfect for any Martini - Gibson, dirty, or dry with a twist. For a longer drink try it in a Spanish-inspired Gin & tonic, with rosemary and lemon!

Spiced Negroni Gin is made specifically for the Negroni, to cut through Campari and vermouth. It is a highly aromatic, rich and spicy gin with great power and intensity. Four Pillars use spices like Tasmanian pepperberry leaf, cinnamon, West African spice Grains of Paradise and Indonesian cubeb to up the flavour. Plus they add fresh ginger to the botanical basket to help lift the spice, and they opened up the plates in the still to add weight and intensity.

This bourbon is a blend of four different original Bourbon recipes all selected at the peak of their maturation. The resulting bourbon has aromas of rich fruit, mellow spice, and hints of caramel and sweet oak. A rich, well-balanced palate with flavours of ripened red berries and dried spices. It finishes soft, smooth, and pleasantly long.
