Lindauer Prosecco DOC Rosé is made by blending a percent of Pinot Noir into the traditional Prosecco base. Charming and expressive, so beautifully Italian! A favourite of the Lindauer winemaker and winemaking team, this Blanc de Blancs is perfect no matter the occasion. Crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes this off-dry sparkling is elegant, refined and well-balanced. With delicate aromas of biscuit, lemon sorbet and nuttiness, the palate has layers of creaminess with underlying honey, meringue and grapefruit notes, resulting in a fine persistent mousse.

Lindauer Special Reserve is a drier style wine with a vibrant gold colour. The high proportion of Pinot Noir adds weight, flavour and depth of colour. The Chardonnay adds creamy notes while the Pinot Meunier gives fruit weight and fleshiess. The biscuity, yeast and toasted nut characters are a legacy of extended maturation on yeast lees. Pair with seafood, Asian food, fruity desserts and life's enjoyable moments.

This special blend was inspired by the long hot days of summer in New Zealand. Lindauer Summer Blush has delicate aromas of strawberries and cream with pear characters and floral notes balanced by creamy fruit flavours and gentle citrus. An off-dry lingering finish dances across the palate.

Pale pink coralish color, expressive nose with fresh red fruits and yellow fruits (peach) and a citrus touch. The aromatic palate has a beautiful red fruits and citrus expression and ends on a supple and greedy note.
