This elegantly structured Pinot Noir from Marlborough's southern Awatere Valley displays aromatic layers of red fruit and spicy florals that lead to mouth-filling flavours of cherry, plum and finely integrated French oak. The palate is layered with flavours of sweet pineapple, crunchy green apple, and supporting notes of fresh lime and pink grapefruit. With outstanding fruit concentration balanced with zesty underlying minerality, this lively, fresh wine leads to a pure, and focused dry finish.

Beautiful, intense red colour with violet hues. Sweet aromas of blackberries and plums. Elegant touch of smoke and vanilla. Velvety texture and a sweet, long aftertaste.

Triplebank Rose is a subtle tea-rose pink, and shows aromas of red fruits and creamy almond notes reminiscent of fresh strawberry shortcake. The palate is dry and full, with raspberry and pomegranate sorbet flavours and fresh, characteristic, Awatere acidity. The intense fruit flavours persist on the finish. Try this as a delicious brunch wine alongside smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, or hotcakes with summer berries. Platters including cured meats such as parma ham and soft cheese will be fabulous too.

Ruby port is all about youthful fruit and flavour intensity, and this port delivers perfectly. The nose is ripe and lifted displaying blackberry, raisin and spice characters. The palate is supple and rich with fine tannins and a lovely warm alcohol finish.

Tawny Ports are wines made from grapes that are aged in wooden barrels, exposing them to gradual oxidation and evaporation. As a result, they gradually mellow to a golden brown colour

Velluto Rosso Cask Wine Red. A sweet, soft red wine, made from a blend of red grape varieties. Best served at room temperature, either on its own or with food.
