Aromas of red wine, oak spice and fruits create an equal allure, while barley-sugar sweetness balanced by salt and crisp gooseberry sings with a rich, velvety voice. Ultra-smooth throughout, the palate seduces with a final peppery note, like a bewitching kiss of silken spice.

Made from 100% New Zealand grown malted barley, smoked using native Manuka wood and distilled through Thomson's copper pot stills. Natural smoke, cinnamon, clove, Manuka oils.

Two types of cask are used for the maturation of this blended whisky: European oak which formerly held New Zealand red wine, and American white oak used exclusively for whisky. Sea air, caramelised fruits, red berries, apricot, spice.

The Tomatin 12-Year-Old is classically smooth, having been matured in traditional Scotch Whisky, ex-Bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry casks. Complex aromas of vanilla, aged fruit and buttery shortbread rounded off by caramel and a touch of oak. The palate has just a touch of sweetness, followed by spice, toasted nut and oak flavours, with a robust finish.
